Recruitment

Our staff is recruited by completion of a comprehension test, which is designed to determine their ability to read, communicate, write and technical abilities. Pervious work history and reference checks are also an important requirement when recruiting staff, to satisfy ourselves that their past experience is conducive to our industry.

Training and Skills Development:

• Training is provided both on and off site in respect of company dress code, machinery use; chemical use; and other various methods.
• We have implemented training needs analysis on all our employees in order to develop our employees.
