During 2005 he started the project management service as well as Property Consulting advice services where he was appointed as a managing agent providing project management role in the development of over fifty (50) classrooms in various areas within the Mildlands region. Further to the above he has been involved in various diverse developments (i.e. monitoring the development of two major tourist attraction in KZN worth over R2.5 Billion whilst employed by KZN Gambling Board(i.e. Sibaya Casino and Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World).
